1  DEFINITIONS


   "This license" refers to the terms and conditions stated in this document.

   "Works" are any materials made available to you under this license.

   "We", "us" and "our" refer to the proprietors of the copyright on the works.


2  APPLICATION


   This license is the full scope of the terms of use attached to the works.

   Your use of the works constitutes your acceptance of this license in full.

   If any clause of this license is found invalid or unenforceable by law, this
   shall have no effect on the remaining clauses.


3  YOUR RIGHTS


   We grant you the rights to use, copy, modify, translate, merge, rearrange,
   display, perform, publish and distribute the works for any purpose.

   You are allowed to create new works derived from the original works.

   You are allowed to distribute the works and derived works to new recipients.
   Commercial sale is allowed.

   You are allowed to provide warranty, support, indemnity and other insurances
   and services to other recipients of the works.  Commercial provision of such
   services is allowed.

   These rights are worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and permanent.


4  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


   Copyright and license notices included in the works must never be deleted,
   moved or modified.

   This license shall apply automatically to all changes that you or others make
   to the works.  You must not apply to the works or to your changes any
   alternative licenses, additional terms of use, contracts, or patents.

   You may not use our names, logos, trade names or trademarks in new derived
   works or to endorse or promote any product or service.

   Your failure to abide by any of the terms set out in section 4 of this
   license will result in the automatic termination of your rights as defined in
   section 3.


5  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY


   THE WORKS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS".

   THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND IN THE WORKS.


6  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


   WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTS IN THE WORKS.  YOU USE THE WORKS
   AT YOUR OWN RISK.

   WE MAKE NO ASSURANCES THAT THE WORKS DO NOT INFRINGE ANYONE'S INTELLECTUAL
   PROPERTY.

   WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS RESULTING FROM USE OF THE
   WORKS.


7  INDEMNITY


   YOU AGREE TO DEFEND AND INDEMNIFY US AGAINST ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR LEGAL
   ACTIONS BROUGHT TO YOU BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
